On the ground

Nineteen places, written up one at a time.

Grouped the way the state actually divides itself up.

The Hunter

Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Singleton, Muswellbrook and Port Stephens. Specialist rooms, mining services, cellar doors, and the accountants and solicitors who bill all three.

The coast

Central Coast, Taree, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. Health, aged care and allied health carry these towns, and the correspondence that comes with an older catchment is the first job most of them hand over.

New England and the North West

Tamworth and Armidale. Agribusiness, a rural referral hospital, a university, and a great deal of paperwork that still arrives on paper.

Central West and Orana

Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst and Mudgee. Agriculture, mining services, cool-climate wine, and hospital catchments that pull specialists a long way out of the city.

Sydney and the Illawarra

Sydney and Wollongong. Larger firms, stricter compliance appetites, and a procurement questionnaire that asks about data residency before it asks the price.

Install day

Somebody in the room, not on a screen.

What the day is

We call your IT provider first and confirm the network requirements before anyone travels. Then the machine goes in the agreed location, staff open it in a browser, and we work through the acceptance examples in the written scope.

What the year after is

Support is remote once it is in, because the machine lives on your network rather than ours — that part works the same in Broken Hill as it does in Hamilton. The optional $600 yearly visit is when we come back, upgrade the models and refresh the pack.

Starting prices run $2,900 to $17,500. There is no per-user Harness fee, but capacity still determines the right machine. Prices exclude GST; registration status and quote treatment are explained here.

The NSW version

Retrieve approved New South Wales sources.

Jurisdiction-specific material can be included so staff can check the cited NSW source instead of relying on an unsupported model answer.

Conveyancing
the s10.7 certificate and what else belongs on the file before exchange
Tenancy and building disputes
NCAT, and where its decisions have actually landed
Work health and safety
what SafeWork NSW expects notified, and recorded
Residential building work
when the contract has to be in writing, and what has to be in it

Retrieval answers are configured to show their source passage, but staff remain responsible for checking it. How the packs are built → · medical practices can start with where a recording of a consult may go. The regulator publishes guidance on using commercially available AI products.

The same shelf exists for the other states, which is how an office in Victoria or Queensland gets its own rules rather than ours. Everywhere we work is indexed on the areas page.

FAQ

What NSW offices ask.

Our NSW town doesn't have a page. Do you still come out?

Send the postcode and preferred timing. We will confirm whether on-site work is practical or whether configured supply and remote setup is the better route. Travel, shipping and network prerequisites are recorded in the quote.

How much of the day do our staff actually lose?

The written schedule names who is needed and when. We handle network work with your IT provider, then run agreed examples with the staff who will use the system. Handover length depends on the scope rather than a fixed promise for every office.

We have offices in two NSW towns. One machine or two?

It depends on the existing link, access rules, workload and what should happen if one site loses connectivity. We review that setup before recommending one shared appliance or separate machines.

Is the knowledge pack the NSW version, or a national average?

Where a knowledge pack is included, the quote names the approved jurisdiction-specific sources and the acceptance examples. It can retrieve and cite those sources, but a qualified person still checks legal, clinical, financial or other professional work. How the packs are built.

Use a redacted or non-sensitive example. We will show the workflow and tell you whether on-site or remote setup fits the address.
