A consultancy of thirty pays for thirty seats whether the graduates use them or not. Everything we charge is published, a separate guide does the three-year sum against a per-seat licence, and the smaller machines start at $2,900 if one department wants to try it first.

Install timing and required staff are confirmed in the quote. The machine joins the agreed network, staff reach it in a browser, and handover covers the written acceptance examples. Your IT provider keeps ownership of the wider network and staff devices.

Test the boundary and the output.

Yes, and finding is the part people underrate. It reads the reports, drawings registers, specifications and inspection records you already hold and answers questions about what is inside them, quoting the document and the section. It is not a keyword search over filenames, which is the thing everybody already has and nobody uses.
Most of our work sits under client NDAs. Does any of it get uploaded?
