Professional services, mostly small
Solicitors, conveyancers and accounting firms sit thick around The Levee, and again out at Rutherford and Green Hills. Most run three to eight people, which is precisely the size that a per-seat licence punishes and a self-hosted machine suits.
Conveyancing is the clearest case. Contract in, dates and conditions out, letter drafted to your own precedent — and the whole matter searchable in plain English afterwards.
Health, spread out since the hospital moved
The new hospital opened at Metford in 2022 and the rooms around it followed. GPs, physios, psychologists and podiatrists across East Maitland and Rutherford all have the same evening problem: notes written after hours because there was no gap in the day.

It can retrieve named dates, easements and special conditions into a draft file note, then prepare a letter in the approved precedent wording. A solicitor must check the source documents, legal analysis and final work. Test the workflow on a redacted example before buying.
