The same published starting tiers apply, but travel, shipping, network work and other site-specific items can change the final quote. Prices exclude GST; the pricing page explains the registration status and current quote treatment.
We already use a cloud scribe. What happens to the recordings we've sent it?

Half our people are contractors. Do we buy a licence each?
There is no per-seat software charge under the current installed-system pricing. The written quote records the licence and support terms for contractors, casuals and other staff accounts.
We're the Coast office of a Sydney firm. Can we run our own machine?
Yes, and a few reasons to. It sits on your network, holds your matters, and doesn't depend on head office signing anything off with a vendor. If the Sydney end wants one too, that office is written up separately — the machines don't need to talk to each other.
