Supplied anywhere,
set up with you.
Outside our listed New South Wales on-site regions, the normal route is a machine configured and tested here, then shipped and set up with you over a screen share. Core chat, approved document search and transcription can run locally; research, integrations, updates and remote support use a connection when enabled.
Every capital · the major regional centres · demonstration over Teams, obligation free · from $2,900
Four steps, and one of them is yours.
The honest version, because the difference between this and a NSW install is worth knowing before you buy.
Before you commit
A demonstration and consult over Teams, obligation free, using a redacted or non-sensitive example you are authorised to share. You get a straight answer about which machine fits the work and what it would cost. Nothing to sign.
Built before it ships
We build the machine, load your industry pack, fit your templates, and test it here. It arrives configured rather than in a box for somebody to work out.
Your side of it
Power it on, log in, and open TeamViewer — it is installed before the machine leaves us. We take it from there and sign your people in. Then we work with your IT team so the portals your staff need are reachable on your network.
Afterwards
Support is normally remote after handover. The quote records support hours, access method and anything handled by your IT provider. The optional $600 yearly service covers the stated health check, model upgrades and rollbacks. The whole process →
Every capital, and the centres in between.
These are the places we are asked about most. It is not a boundary — if there is a network point and a power socket, the machine works the same.
Victoria
Melbourne · Geelong · Ballarat · Bendigo · Shepparton · Wodonga · Warrnambool · Traralgon and the Latrobe Valley · Mildura
For regional offices, ask how the system behaves during an internet outage and who handles hardware locally. Core local chat, approved document search and transcription can continue when configured for offline use; connected services cannot.
Queensland
Brisbane · Gold Coast · Sunshine Coast · Toowoomba · Townsville · Cairns · Mackay · Rockhampton · Bundaberg · Hervey Bay
For Brisbane and regional Queensland, the same remote process applies: the appliance is configured and tested before dispatch, then brought onto your network with your IT provider. Data location depends on the chosen workflow and any connected services.
Western Australia
Perth · Bunbury · Mandurah · Geraldton · Kalgoorlie · Albany · Broome · Karratha · Port Hedland
For Perth and regional Western Australia, setup and support are booked in local time. Base local work runs on the appliance; web research, integrations, updates and support still depend on the relevant connection.
South Australia
Adelaide · Mount Gambier · Whyalla · Port Lincoln · Murray Bridge · Port Augusta
The Harness opens in a browser on the office network. We work with whoever manages your IT so staff can reach it without turning a business owner into the system administrator.
Tasmania
Hobart · Launceston · Devonport · Burnie · Ulverstone
A local appliance can keep approved processing in your office, while connected research, integrations, support, updates and off-site backups remain separate choices recorded in the quote.
Northern Territory
Darwin · Palmerston · Alice Springs · Katherine · Nhulunbuy
Where connectivity is unreliable, core local chat, approved document search and transcription can continue if the delivered configuration supports offline use. Connected features remain unavailable until the connection returns.

We are not a reseller for anybody's automation platform and we do not resell n8n. The software on the machine is the Harness, which we build ourselves. The full price list →
Start with the demonstration.
Twenty minutes over Teams, a redacted or non-sensitive example on the screen, and a straight answer about whether this does the work you actually have. Obligation free, and if a smaller machine would do we will say so.
Questions from outside New South Wales.
Do you come to us if we are not in New South Wales?
On-site work is quoted for our listed New South Wales regions. Elsewhere in Australia the normal route is a machine configured and tested here, shipped to your office, and set up with you over a screen share. On-site travel can still be discussed where practical. Support afterwards is normally remote because the machine sits on your network rather than ours.
Is a machine set up remotely any worse off?
The quoted hardware, software and acceptance checks do not change because setup is remote. What changes is the handover: instead of somebody standing beside staff, we run the agreed examples over a screen share with your team and IT provider. Shipping, network prerequisites and any travel are shown separately in the quote.
Our town is not on this page. Does that mean you cannot help?
Not at all. The list is the places we are asked about most, not a boundary. If there is a desk, a network point and a power socket, the machine works the same. Tell us where you are and what the work looks like.
How much of the setup is our job?
Very little. Power the machine on, log in, and open TeamViewer — it is installed before the machine ships. We do the configuration on screen with you from there. The one part that genuinely needs your side is your IT person making sure the portals your staff use are reachable on your network, and we work through that with them.
Can we see it working before we commit to anything?
Yes, and the first demonstration is free. Use a redacted or non-sensitive example you are authorised to share. We will show the workflow, explain the limits and identify a suitable planning tier. Nothing to sign.
Bring us one job your team repeats every week. We will show you the system doing it →
