Test the work before you buy.
Use a redacted or non-sensitive example that represents the awkward job, not a polished demo file. Ask what runs locally, what needs a connection, what ongoing costs remain and how your data and configuration can be exported.
The written quote should answer those questions and name the acceptance checks.

We test representative finished examples before handover. Template setup may be included; custom shaping or fine-tuning is separate work only when named and priced in the quote. Regulated wording still requires review by the responsible person.

Easily, and we would rather. Nobody wants a stranger under the desk while the town is full. Tell us the weeks that are hopeless for you and we will book the install into a quiet one.
