What the pack carries
Land here is held under Crown lease rather than owned freehold, and the term you are buying is whatever is left of it. Does the pack understand that ACT land is leasehold?
Where the ACT property pack is included, it uses approved ACT sources about Crown leases and ACAT rather than silently mixing jurisdictions. It retrieves and cites source material; a solicitor still checks the legal analysis and final work.
